Volunteers Needed & Much Appreciated!

The Louisville Mini Maker Faire runs on community spirit, and volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. Whether you can spare a few hours or the whole day, there's a role for you — from helping makers set up their exhibits to guiding visitors and keeping the energy high throughout the event.

No special skills required — just enthusiasm, a friendly attitude, and a willingness to pitch in. It's a great way to meet fellow makers, see the faire from behind the scenes, and be part of something truly special in downtown Louisville.

Join the Street Team

Love spreading the word? The Street Team helps get the community excited in the weeks leading up to the faire. You'll help distribute flyers, put up posters, and share the event across your networks. It's a flexible, low-commitment way to make a big impact.

Day-of Volunteering

On event day, volunteers assist with:

  • Maker check-in and setup support
  • Information booth and wayfinding
  • Activity area supervision
  • Breakdown and cleanup
